Site Ownership
This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by Bolori (“Bolori,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
One-Of-One Pieces & Requests to Acquire
Bolori pieces are made in single quantities. Because of this, the Site does not offer instant checkout. Submitting a “Request to Acquire” places a temporary hold on a piece and sends your request to a client advisor, who will contact you directly to confirm details and arrange payment. A hold is not a completed sale, does not guarantee availability beyond its hold period, and creates no binding obligation on Bolori until an invoice is issued and paid.
Content & Intellectual Property
Everything on this Site — including designs, photography, product names, text, layout, and the Bolori name and marks — is the property of Bolori or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes (including posting photos of pieces you own or discussing your experience with Bolori elsewhere). You may not reproduce, modify, republish, or otherwise use Site content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or the servers and networks connected to it;
- attempt to access any part of the Site that is restricted from general access;
- use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
- use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Site without permission.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each piece accurately, but colors, materials, and fit may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Because pieces are one-of-one, availability changes quickly and a piece shown on the Site may already be held or acquired by another client by the time you submit a request.
User Submissions
Any information you submit through a Request to Acquire, a form, or a message to your client advisor will be used to fulfill that request and manage our relationship with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share with us.

This Site may link to third-party websites, including social media platforms, as a convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and privacy practices.

This Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
