Confidentiality is part of how Bolori works with its clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this Site or submit a Request to Acquire, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Who We Are
This policy is provided by Bolori (“Bolori,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a made-to-order menswear house operating one piece at a time.
What We Collect
Bolori does not require an account to browse the Site. We only collect personal information when you choose to give it to us — most commonly when you submit a Request to Acquire. That information may include:
- your name, email address, and phone number;
- your shipping address;
- your size or fit preferences and any note you leave for your client advisor; and
- a record of the piece(s) requested, their status, and any invoice associated with your request.
We do not collect payment card details on this Site. Payment is arranged separately by your client advisor, through a payment processor, once your request has been confirmed.
We Do Not Use Cookies
This Site does not use cookies, pixels, or any similar tracking technology — not for analytics, not for advertising, and not to remember you across visits. We don’t share browsing data with third parties for advertising purposes because we don’t collect it in the first place. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- hold a piece for you and process your Request to Acquire;
- allow your client advisor to contact you, confirm details, and arrange your invoice;
- ship your piece to you once payment is confirmed; and
- maintain a record of your relationship with Bolori, so future requests are easier to fulfill.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who May Access Your Information
Your information is accessible to the Bolori team members who fulfill your request, and to service providers we rely on to operate the Site and process payments (such as our hosting and payment providers), each bound to protect it. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep information related to a request for as long as needed to fulfill it and to maintain accurate business and tax records afterward. If you’d like us to delete information we hold about you sooner, contact your client advisor and we will do so except where we’re required to retain it by law.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of receiving communications from us. To exercise any of these rights, contact your client advisor — there is no public support inbox for this Site by design, so every request is handled by a person who already knows your file.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to reach out immediately if you believe your information has been compromised.
Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
